- Make ready 2 cups vegetable stock

- Add sliced mushrooms, half of vegetable stock, black rice and let it cook for 6-8 mins until the stock is absorbed.
- Again add rest of the vegetable stock, salt, black pepper powder mix well. Cover and cook till the stock is absorbed.
- Switch off the flame serve with some roasted cherry tomatoes and herb sauce.
