  2. Dip boudoir biscuits in coffee and set on serving platters. Pipe whipped cream mixture on each biscuit then dust with cocoa. Place another dipped biscuit on top. Pipe more mixture on the biscuit and dust with more cocoa powder. Add a raspberry to finish.
  3. Pecan nuts and chocolate chunks are also a great addition.
