- Sift flour & baking powder. Beat Powdered sugar & butter well. Add milk, flour mix, essence and mix well. Place the dough in a piping bag with a big star tip. Pipe the batter in 3'' lines on a cookie sheet. Bake at 180* for 25 minutes. Remove from oven.

- Whip the cream. In a another bowl whip mascarpone cheese. Now whisk to gather and mix vanilla essence.
- Now assemble the tiramisu. Take chocolate sponge and cut in two layers. Place one layer of the tiramisu chocolate base on a card board. Using the spoon, soak the layer with about 1/3 of the Xpresso syrup. Pipe the mascarpone cream over the layer and gently press the choco chips in to the cream. Dip 3 tiramisu fingers in the Xpresso syrup and put as a layer on the cream. Again pipe mascarpone cream on the top of the tiramisu fingers. Put the second cake layer on top and soak with Xpresso syrup.
- Frost with the mascarpone cream on the top. Decorate with choco chips. Stick the tiramisu fingers on the sides by using little of the cream. Put some choco chips on it and sprinkle some coffee powder on it. Refrigerate the cake for one day before serving.
