Steps to make Heart-Shaped Block Design Tiramisu Cake:
  1. Vanilla Sponge Cake: Add the sugar to the 2 eggs and whip with a whisk until thick enough that ribbons form.
  2. Add the sifted flour (60 g) and use a spatula to mix it in well.
  3. Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla essence. Combine well.

  14. Add Step 13 to Step 12 in several batches and stir.

  20. Place the vanilla heart shaped sponge cake on top of the cubed heart cake, and then place them on top of the cocoa sponge cake. Press the vanilla heart shaped sponge cake from the top, and push it through the cookie cutter to shape all the cakes together.
  21. Spread brandy on the top of the cake again and coat with the tiramisu sauce. Dust with cocoa powder and it's done.
