The ingredients needed to make Indian Tiramisu:
- Take whipped cream
- Prepare cream cheese
- Prepare sugar powdered
- Take whipped coffee powder
- Take cocoa powder
- Take vanilla extract
- Make ready sugar
- Make ready water
- Get cocoa powder for dusting
- Prepare ladyfingers'
- Take milk powder
- Prepare plain flour
- Make ready suji
- Get baking soda
- Prepare milk (or as require)
- Prepare curd
- Make ready and half tsp ghee for knead dough
- Prepare Clarified butter (ghee) for frying or shallow frying

Steps to make Indian Tiramisu:
- Mix dry ingredients, milk powder, suji, plain flour and baking soda.
- Take a bowl and add dry ingredients, add curd and milk, and mix well. Take some ghee into hand na bind soft dough (ghee will keep your hand clean that didn'tstick to dough). You will need to grease your hand 3-4times, so 1tsp ghee will needed. Now prepare shape of ladyfingers. Long and rectangle. (Now prepate sugar syrup when you are shaping the jamun).
- Prepare sugar syrup. Simmer for 5min. Add coffee and cocoa powder into it and transfer into bowl.
- Now slightly heat ghee(clarified butter)and add prepared jamun in it. Keep flame very low.(as I kept half nozel closed from gas line, so you can control your gas flame.) And fry until light brown and fluffy. (Will take 8-10min) then add into hot sugar syrup. Keep it into syrup for 1 hour then remove and keep in deep frizer for half hr.
- Mix wheaped cream, cream cheese and vanilla extract. And transfer into piping bag.
- Now, 1st layer with soaked jamun then layer with cream, again 2nd layer of jamun and layer of cream, and 3rd layer of jamun and layer of cream. Now do the last layer evenly with knife or spatula. And dust with cocoa powder.
- Keep it into fridge for 2-3 hr. OR put it into deep frizer for 1 hour. Cut and serve chilled.
