  1. Soak dal for 30 minutes and grind to a thick paste.Grate zucchini and squeeze the excess water.Put dal,zucchini,pepper powder and corn flour in a bowl.Mix them all.Adjust salt.
  2. Heat oil in a pan,deep fry dal dumplings.Keep aside.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in an another pan,add chopped garlic and onion.Saute for 1 minute.Add capsicum,all the sauces,ketchup,vinegar and salt.Add capsicum.Mix well
  4. Make a paste of 1tablespoon corn flour,add to pan and add 1/2cup water.Cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
  5. Add dal dumplings,mix well to coat all the dumpling into sauces.Add spring onions.
  6. Garnish with spring onions.Serve hot.
